Marlo Perry has over 15 years experience of the tourism industry working in both the private and development sectors. She has worked in South East Asia as a tour guide and as an operations manager with Australia’s leading adventure travel companies. She also has a small business background, having owned, run and managed her own tourism business in South America.
Marlo has been living and working in Myanmar since January 2015. Initially based at the Myanmar Tourism Federation her worked included the community involvement pilot project of Thandaungyi in Kayin State. Most recently she has been involved in the Shan State tourism development project focusing on product development in the Kalaw and Inle Lake region.
